Our primary objective is to support the beautiful individuals at Sally Beauty Holdings INC. (SBH INC.) by creating a safe and inclusive environment where they can freely interact with other LGBT+ colleagues and allies. We organize meetings where members can share feedback on their work environment and brainstorm ideas for future group and organization campaigns.

We collaborate with all departments of SBH INC. to enhance internal practices and raise awareness about LGBT-oriented initiatives. We directly engage with senior leadership teams who support our mission of “creating a more colorful, confident, and welcoming world.”

At SBH INC., we celebrate Pride all 365 (or 366) days! We’re not just celebrating for those who need it most, but we’re also giving back to the community that each of our members and allies proudly represent. At each event, we donate hair care, skincare, and hair cutting & styling tools from our Sally Beauty and Cosmo Prof stores.
